Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Jennifer from Crazy for Books :)

Book Blogger Hop

Which book blogger would you most like to meet in real life?

My answer: Umm. I have no idea. Probably the people I talk to on Twitter, so Cicely from Cicely Loves Books, Aly from Fantasy 4 Eva, and Iffath from LoveReadingX :) These girlies are awesome, go check out their blogs! :D

Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee from Parajunkee's View :)

Circle time! Time to share. What character in a book would most like to be, what character in a book would you most like to date?

My answer: Hmm. They're are so many people I could choose! I think I'd like to be Rose from Vampire Academy, dating Dimitri... Or Jace from The Mortal Instruments series. Or Four from Divergent, or Shane from Morganville Vampires... I have no idea. I have SO many book boy crushes. TOO many ;) But for the first question, I'd like to be either Rose from VA, Evie from Paranormalcy, or maybe Riley from Forsaken... Basically, I'd want to be anyone who can kick-butt (and has a cute boyfriend). Because they are the best. :D

TGIF is hosted by Ginger from G-Reads! :)

What occupies your time when you are not reading and/or blogging?

My answer: Most of my time is spent reading or blogging, but when I'm not, I tend to be listening to music, tweeting about random nothingness, playing flute, watching films/TV shows, playing pointless Facebook games (If you're a CityVille player feel free to leave me your FB in the comments so we can be neighbours! :D)... Or I'm out with the family. I don't know, it varies :L

  1. Four is pretty lovely, isn't he? Can't wait to see more of him and Tris in the next book.

Evie! Good choice. She is so kick butt strong but also so fun and girly. Love her!

  2. Friday Follow here. I would love to be Christine Derrick in Mary Balogh's Slightly Dangerous. The character I would to date would be a toss up between Wolfric in Slightly Dangerous or Drizzt do'urden from R.A. Salvaltore Forgotten Realms book series. Gotta love a dark elf, yeah.

    Hugs and blessings!
Hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day weekend.

Good morning! Hope you're having a good week! Today I have a review for one of the biggest titles at YALC this year. Title:  Floored Author:  Sara Barnard, Holly Bourne, Tanya Byrne, Non Pratt, Melinda Salisbury, Lisa Williamson, and Eleanor Wood Series:  n/a Pages:   320 Publisher:  Macmillan Date of Publication:  12th July, 2018 Synopsis from Goodreads: When they got in the lift, they were strangers (though didn't that guy used to be on TV?): Sasha, who is desperately trying to deliver a parcel; Hugo, who knows he's the best-looking guy in the lift and is eyeing up Velvet, who knows what that look means when you hear her name and it doesn't match the way she looks, or the way she talks; Dawson, who was on TV, but isn't as good-looking as he was a few years ago and is desperately hoping no one recognizes him; Kaitlyn, who's losing her sight but won't admit it, and who used to have a poster of Dawson on her bedroom wall, and Joe, who shoul

Book Review: Insight by Jamie Magee

Title: Insight Author: Jamie Magee Series: Insight #1 Pages: 314 Date of UK Publications: July 20th 2010 Source: Received free for a blog tour/event Synopsis from Goodreads: Before that fateful summer night, Willow had balanced the insight of emotion, and the vivid images. That night, the figure in her nightmare marked her wrist with a star, giving her father no choice but to tell Willow a family secret that would abruptly change life, as she knew it, forever. Before Willow had time to absorb the shock of her father's secret, her soul mate that had shared every stunning dream with her, found her, and darkness captured her closest friends. In order to save them, she must weave through broken myths and the undeniable power of the Zodiac. In the end, Willow discovers that at the moment of our birth we are all given a divine gift. My Thoughts: Insight was a good book. The plot was well thought out, and the characters were complex and real. It was a strong debut novel,
