Journey's End by RC Sherriff (UK Hardback)
Yay... I actually bought a book this week, but for once I'm not excited about it! ;) This is for my English GCSE, but it's a book I got this week so I thought I'd share it because I only got one other, which is good for my TBR pile :D

Trial by Fire by Jennifer Lynn Barnes (US Hardback)
I swapped this using UK Swap Shop on Goodreads, and it's SO pretty and shiny! :D Can't wait to read it, I loved the first one (though I need a reminder what happened...) so this should be great :)

That's what I got this week, what did you get? Leave a link in the comments!

  1. I wasn't a huge fan of Raised by Wolves, but I can't wait to see what you think of Trials by Fire. I'm trying to decide whether I want to read it or not! :D

  5. I've not read Raised by Wolves yet, but I do love the covers on that and this 2nd one.
Ugh, GCSE's. That book looks ummm ... interesting? lol

  6. Well... At least you're not doing Of Mice and Men... ;p The Trial by Fire hardback is soo pretty! Hope you enjoy!

  7. Good luck with Journey's End, read it in college and its... erm... interesting? ;) haha I have to agree with Cicely though... it's not as bad as Of Mice and Men!

  8. Great mailbox! I still need to read Raised by Wolves. It's on my list though! Enjoy your great reads this week!

  9. You had a slow week and it stinks that you had to buy one for school. I hope you enjoy Trail By Fire at least!

REVIEW: It's A Wrap by Perdita and Honor Cargill

Good morning! I have finally finished my degree (woohoo!) and so I (should) have all the time in the world for reading and blogging now! Here's a review of the final book in a series that I always love to read when I'm revising...  Read on for why I enjoyed this so much!  Title:  It's A Wrap  Author:  Perdita and Honor Cargill Series:   Waiting For Callback, #3 Pages:   351 Publisher:  Simon and Schuster Date of Publication:  31st May, 2018 Source:  Author Synopsis from Goodreads: Elektra James is back and her life is more hilariously chaotic than ever! Elektra is hoping for BIG things this year... She's finished her first feature film (even if her character was unexpectedly killed off half-way through filming), hosted the party of the year (well, before her mum arrived and threw everyone out - how embarrassing!) and managed to become Archie Mortimer's Actual Real Life girlfriend (for now anyway...), so things are most definitely moving in t
