Welcome to Morganville. Just don't stay out after dark.
Morganville is a small college town filled with unusual characters. But when the sun goes down, the bad come out. Because in Morganville, there is an evil that lurks in the darkest shadows - one that will spill out in the bright light of day.
For Claire Danvers, high school was hell, but college may be murder. It was bad enough that she got on the wrong side of Monica, the meanest of the school's mean girls, but now she's got three new roommates, who all have secrets of their own. And the biggest secret of all isn't really a secret, except from Claire: Morganville is run by vampires, and they are hungry for fresh blood... - from the back of the book.
I love this series, it's by far one of my favourite vampire series. It's action-packed, fast moving, and you can't stop reading.
This novel highlights problems that many teens face, from all over the world. Claire has over protective parents, is bullied at school by the 'mean girls', and if anyone has ever experienced any of these, then you'll find it easy to relate to Claire. Whether young adult or adult, you'll find yourself loving her, and the book.
There are lots of major plot twists and turns throughout the book, which were completely unpredictable. I have to admit, that while I'm not very good at guessing what's going to happen, I tend to have some kind of idea what would happen, but with Glass Houses, I had no clue.
Glass Houses ends on an enormous cliff hanger, which is really annoying. I had to go out and buy the next two books immediately, as I had to know what happened next, and had finished both The Dead Girls' Dance and Midnight Alley within two days of buying them. I recommend that if you haven't read them yet, buy all the ones you can, as once you read the first page, you won't be able to stop!
I give it 5 Feet!
I love this series so much it is unbelievable. I agree with you completely on this review, this book is so good!
